The Wilburton Inn Rentals are located at a turn of the century 30-acre hill top estate in pristine colonial Manchester Village, Vermont, near Lincoln's Hildene and the Equinox Hotel, just 10 miles for Bromley and 20 miles from Stratton Mountain, minutes away from the Manchester designer outlets and the Dorset Horse Show.
The property commands spectacular panoramic views of the Equinox and the Green Mountains all around and of the Batenkill Valley below. The estate includes 2 mansions, 7 villas, a swimming pool and a tennis court. The Inn also features The Earth Sky Time organic Farm, and the Museum of the Creative Process.
The Wilburton Inn is a bed and breakfast with a fine dining restaurant. The houses can be rented individually but also all together. The inn is an ideal setting for country weddings, conferences, ski house rentals, weekend getaways, family reunions, organizational retreats, training, conferences, yoga retreats. It is used for agro-tourism as well as shopping sprees.
Each house is different, big and small, comfortable and deluxe, with a variety of architectural style and interiors. All command great views. The Battenkill Mansion has 13 bedrooms, a ballroom, 5 fireplaces, the Curry House, 7 bedrooms, the Hand House 5, and the Ortlieb House 2 bedrooms.
The inn, which is member of Historic Hotels of America, is owned and operated by Georgette Wasserstein Levis, the inn’s spirit and educator Dr. Albert Levis, pioneer in understanding the creative process. He installed the sculptural trail of the History of Love and other art exhibits giving special interest to the grounds and the houses of the inn.
